Return & Exchange Policy
We kindly ask our customers to inspect their orders upon delivery in the presence of the courier. Orders must be received in full (no partial acceptance is allowed). If the order is not suitable, it can be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.

Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted after the courier has left, except in cases where a clear defect in the product is identified.

Shipping Fees: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Payment Methods: We support Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and mobile wallets.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through our delivery partner's portal.
🛡️ Inspection & Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, Makani ensures the following:

Package Inspection: You have the right to inspect the external condition of your package upon arrival.

14-Day Return: You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, sealed, and unused condition.

30-Day Defect Warranty: If an item is received with a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a return or exchange within 30 days.
